we report the complete mitochondrial genome of Acer miaotaiense for the first time, which is helpful to explore the relationship between the origin and evolution of Acer miaotaiense, promote the study of its molecular systematics and conservation genetics, and also provide a reference for the use of Acer miaotaiense mitochondrial genome to carry out related basic theoretical studies.
