Tn-seq for SEZ ATCC35246 Tn library screening in brain of C57BL/6J

We used a murine model to investigated the mechanisms underlying SEZ's exceptional ability to adapt to and proliferate within the CSF. We identified a PTS system crucial for SEZ proliferation in the CSF through screening SEZ Tn library in vitro. Tn library of SEZ screened by directed injected to brain of C57BL/6J for 3 rounds. Each round of screening containing 4 mice. We collected all output library of total mice in one round to do further sequencing.
