Mystik in der Lebenskunst – Ein Weg der Integration

Lebenskunst ist als Thema der Post-Moderne im Trend. Das Referat zeigt in einem 1. Teil auf, dass sie jedoch in der alten philosophischen Tradition der Selbstsorge begründet ist. Wird sie in der Mystik, im Geheimnis des Daseins, zentriert, überschreitet sie sich auf die Ebene von Sein und Nichtsein und wird zu einer Sache der Ästhetik. Der 2. Teil erläutert die Grundstruktur der Lebenskunst und beschreibt diese als Zusammenspiel der Achse Annehmen und Verändern und der Achse Freiheit und Verantwortung, welche sich in der Mitte, im Herzen des Menschen, in ihrer Selbstverantwortung kreuzen. Der 3. Teil beschreibt das Handwerk der Lebenskunst. The art of living is a trendy topic of the post-modern age. The lecture, however, shows in part 1 that it is based on the old philosophical tradition of selfcare. When centered in mysticism as the mystery of being, it transcends itself into the realm of being and not being and becomes a matter of aesthetics. Part 2 explains the basic structure of the art of living and explains it as the interplay of the axis of acceptance and change, and the axis of liberty and responsibility, which cross each other in the middle, in the heart of human beings, in their self-responsibility.
