The dataset used in the paper is a VLC channel model, which includes parameters such as LED viewing angle, power of an RGB LED, PD responsivity, PD surface area, optical ideal filter lower cutoff wavelengths, optical ideal filter upper cutoff wavelengths, optical filter gain, optical lens gain, speed of light, transmitter-receiver bandwidth, SNR, and modulation level.
