Megafauna observations, functional traits and habitat features observed at stations N3, HG-IV and S3 of the HAUSGARTEN observatory in consecutive years from 2016 to 2021 based on image surveys.
Data presented here are abundance (count) data for each megafauna taxon, functional trait modality and habitat feature per image.
Files contain three sheets: megafauna observations (megafauna) with station (station), year of observation (year), group (group), filename (filename), image area (area), user name of each taxa (user_name), scientific name (scientific_name), accepted name (accepted_name), specification (specification), AphiaID (AphiaID) and abundance for each megafauna taxa/morphotype (abundance); functional traits (functional traits) with station (station), year of observation (year), group (group), filename (filename), image area (area), trait appreviation (trait, ZO: Zoogeography, FE: Feeding type, MO: Mobility type, SU: Substratum affinity, SI: Size class), trait modality (trait modality) and abundance for each trait modality (abundance); habitat features (habitat features) with station (station), year of observation (year), group (group), filename (filename), image area (area), habitat feature (feature) and abundance for each feature (abundance).
