富集提取大体积南海北部陆坡F站位中层（400-600m）海水溶解有机质，固相萃取法获得高纯度粉末样品，采样PPL树脂层析柱富集，甲醇洗脱，旋转蒸发脱去溶剂后冷冻干燥；并对其DOM进行分子组成分析，获得南海北部陆坡F站位典型中层海水有机碳分子组成
