Each archive contains: script to recreate the published figure the figue in pdf format underlying data simulation data in PVD format (can be opened in ParaView) plot data in .txt. or .npy formats The simulation data for the 2D and 3D simulations (movie_M5 and movie_M6) are not shared due to size limitations of the repository. The data will be provided by authors upon request.
