Cladosporium strains isolated from polluted soils

This is a collection of 6 genomes belonging to the non-white rot genus Cladosporium.These strains were isolated from soils historically polluted with hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH) or polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).A modified CTAB protocol was used for the extraction of high molecular weight gDNA.Genome sequencing was performed using PacBio Hi-Fi circular sequencing.Quality and completeness of the genomes were assessed using Quast and BUSCO.
