PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door device， a sliding door hanging device， and a construction method of the sliding door device which are capable of equalizing an expulsion dust of a door lintel to a wall body regardless of the thickness of the wall body. SOLUTION: A sliding door device 1 according to the present embodiment， which is one 1 provided in a suspension manner， includes a door lintel 2 which is screwed onto an upper edge portion of an opening 50 provided in a wall body 5 from below using a screw (fastener 27)， a guide rail 3 which is screwed onto the door lintel 2 from below using a screw (fastener 38) which is separate from the aforementioned screw， and a sliding door 4 which is hung from the guide rail 3 in a horizontally movable manner. The door lintel 2 holds a cylindrical nut 25 whose axial direction is the vertical direction so as not to fall down， a flange 251 projecting outwardly is circumferentially provided at one end of the nut 25 at its axial direction， the flange 251 is exposed from the door lintel 2， and the separate screw is screwed to the nut 25.
