Original samples for SOC prediction in the NEC

This data is the original data used for predicting the SOC in the NEC, and it all comes from on-site sampling. The data cover three time periods and consist of a total of 1313 samples.本数据集为用于预测NEC场景下荷电状态（State of Charge, SOC）的原始数据，全部样本均取自现场采样。该数据集覆盖三个时间段，总计包含1313条样本。
