Water samples for <i>Janthinobacterium</i> colonization of atlantic salmon yolk sac fry

This folder contains the flow cytometry data (fsc files) collected from an Attune NxT flow cytometer. This data were collected to quantify bacterial density of <i>Janthinobacterium</i> in the rearing water of gnotobiotic atlantic salmon yolk sac fry.
