XPlanning data set BPL “(015/12) Neu Stetten”

The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘(015/12) Neu Stetten’ of the city of Lörrach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The qualified development plan includes according to Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least stipulations on the type and extent of structural use, the buildable plots of land as well as on the rural traffic areas. The eligibility of a project is assessed solely on the basis of this development plan. A construction project is permissible if it complies with the stipulations of a qualified development plan and the development is secured.
