This dataset contains the processed genome annotation release associated with a long-read genome assembly and evidence-guided annotation framework for Trichomonas tenax strain Hs-4:NIH (ATCC 30207). The package includes the final annotation-oriented reference FASTA, GFF3 and GTF annotation files, predicted protein and CDS FASTA files, the AC16WH-to-internal identifier mapping table, multi-omics gene evidence matrix, STAR intron-support files, figure source data, supplementary tables, software version table, manifest, checksums, license, and documentation. The NCBI-assigned locus_tag prefix used in the release annotation is AC16WH. The genome assembly has been submitted to NCBI GenBank/WGS under Genome submission SUB16147452, and the formal GenBank/WGS accession is pending.
