Whole genome sequencing of Nagoya and White Leghorn chickens. Gallus gallus

Whole genome sequencing (PCR free) was performed on one male chicken of the Nagoya breed and two female chickens of the White Leghorn-G line. These chickens were used as grandparents to develop an F2 mapping population for quantitative locus analysis of innate fear behavior.
