Analysis of bacterial prokaryotic transcriptome sequencing

The Bacterial prokaryotic transcriptome sequencing project aims to study the gene expression profile of bacteria under specific conditions. After rRNA removal, a library was constructed and high-throughput sequencing was performed to analyze the expression levels of mRNA and non-coding RNA, revealing the changes in gene regulatory networks, environmental response mechanisms and physiological functions. This technique is suitable for the study of microbial ecology, pathogenic mechanism and resistance, and provides an important tool for the study of microbiology.
