OSI2ONE lowfield MRI quantitative dataset

This dataset contains anatomical and quantitative MRI data from a CaliberMRI phantom acquired with the OSI2ONE MRI scanner at PTB Berlin. It contains three subfolders with the measurement data for anatomical scan (2025-10-23-123744-tse_3d), T2 mapping (2025-10-23-143318-tse_cart_t2_mapping) and T1 mapping (2026-02-17-151046-t1_mapping_ir_se) and a descriptive PDF. The data is stored as data.mrd file and raw_data.npy. Converted nifti can be used for visualization. Pypulseq sequence is stored as sequence.seq. Moreover acquisition metadata can be found in meta.json.
