Compensatory evolution following deleterious episodes of GC-biased gene conversion in rodents

Here is the fasta file of reference exon sequences that we collected in Ensembl to make a blast with the Hydromyini contigs for our project, the exon alignments after various filtering steps,  and the final data that we obtained with our pipeline, which allowed us to make all our analyses and figures for the article :  Riffis, M; Saclier, N; Galtier, N. 2024.
