This repository contains a set of supplementary materials described in the paper "FAIR with FHIR: A Proposed Workflow for Retrospective FAIRification of FHIR-Compliant Health Data" This respository is organized as follows: -- "(Ontologised) Anonymised Data": this file contains contains access instructions to the anonymised DuckDB data, and the Docker/Ontop configuration files for accessing the contents of a dump from DuckDB transformed into RDF (augmented with domain relevant ontologies). -- "dataaccess.md": contains relevant information about the PharmAccess Data Access Committee. -- "FAIRwithFHIR_MomCare_metadata.png" and "metadata.ttl": depict the PharmAccess anonymised patient registry metadata model and its instantiated implementation, respectively.
