Gene expression profiling of Treg cells from DT-treated WT DTR chimera and Foxp3CreOpa1fl/fl DTR chimera mice. Overall design: DTR chimera mice (generated at a 9:1 ratio with BM from Foxp3DTR and Foxp3Cre (called WT) or Foxp3CreOpa1fl/fl (called Opa1 KO) mice) were treated with DT, and, 7 days later, CD4+Foxp3-YFP+ Treg cells sorted for input to scRNA-seq.
