RNA Sequencing of Meloidogyne incognita exposed to Nematicides

In this study, Meloidogyne incognita second stage juveniles were exposed to 4 different nematicides (oxamyl, fluopyram, fluazaindolizine, fluensulfone) in 4 replicates along with a water control for 24-hrs. After 24-hrs, nematodes were flash frozen in liquid nitrogen, total RNA was extracted, and Illumina 100bp single-end read libraries were made, and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 3000 platform.
