PT Cluster – Cluster composed exclusively of ≥ 3 PT isolates; International Cluster – Cluster composed of ≥ 3 isolates of which ≥ 2 hail from Portugal; International Single PT – Cluster composed of ≥ 3 isolates of which only one is from Portugal; PT Pair – Pair of two isolates collected in Portugal; International Pair – Pair of two isolates with one collected in Portugal and the other from another country.
