We will analyze tFUS-induced white matter (WM) changes at different time points to explore how acoustic stimulation affects neuronal membranes and glial cells. Higher-resolution imaging (0.3 µm voxel size) will be used to target the corpus callosum in 20 mouse brain samples, which will be divided into five groups (4 samples each): untreated controls, CPZ-treated without tFUS, and tFUS-treated samples sacrificed after one week, one month, and three months. The ultimate goal is to demonstrate the potential of tFUS in promoting myelin repair in MS.
