Natural deep eutectic solvents as environmentally compatible agents for biofilm inhibition and disruption: (Underlying Experimental Dataset for Pseudomonas fluorescens and Staphylococcus epidermidis).
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains experimental results evaluating the antimicrobial and antibiofilm activity of Natural Deep Eutectic Solvent (NADES) formulations against Pseudomonas fluorescens and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The dataset includes: Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) Minimum biofilm inhibitory concentration (MBIC) Minimum biofilm eradication concentration (MBEC) Bacterial growth curve measurements obtained using a 96-well plate reader Biofilm inhibition assays following treatment with sub-MIC and high MIC concentrations MIC assays were performed in Mueller–Hinton broth. Growth curve analysis and biofilm-related assays were conducted in organism-appropriate media: P. fluorescens cultures were grown in King B medium at 30 °C, and S. epidermidis cultures were grown in tryptic soy broth (TSB). The files contain raw absorbance values, replicate measurements, concentration series, and calculated endpoints for MIC, MBIC, and MBEC determinations. Files included: MIC datasets MBIC datasets MBEC datasets Growth kinetics datasets Biofilm inhibition datasets (sub-MIC and high MIC treatments)
