Fe-3%Si cold-rolled silicon steel data: EBSD, tensile test, and X-ray diffraction.

This database contains results of Fe-3%Si cold-rolled silicon steel characterizations. There are folders containing Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD), tensile tests at 25 and 150 ºC, and X-ray diffraction results available. For EBSD data, there is information about the crystallography directions and grain sizes. For tensile tests at 25 and 150 ºC, there are the strain-stress curves, and for X-ray diffraction, there are the data to get the diffraction graph and scan parameters.
