于2023年4月在东海海域的27个站位的沉积物中，按照《海洋调查规范》（GB12763.6–2007）获取样品。本数据集包括了文章中使用的经纬度、时间、水深、温度、盐度、抗性基因、微生物等基本信息。核心数据位抗性基因和微生物群落。

Sediment samples were collected from 27 stations in the East China Sea in April 2023, in accordance with the Specification for Oceanographic Survey (GB12763.6–2007). This dataset contains basic information including latitude and longitude, sampling time, water depth, temperature, salinity, antibiotic resistance genes, and microbial communities as employed in the corresponding article. The core data of this dataset are antibiotic resistance genes and microbial communities.
