Vertical Profiles of Temperature, Salinity, and Chlorophyll Collected by Fishermen in Southeast Alaska (2022-2025)

Profiles of temperature, salinity, and (sometimes) chlorophyll-a are collected by community observers in Southeast Alaska using RBR Concerto Conductivity-Temperature-Depth (CTD) instruments. Observers target quasi-monthly observations at a handful of pre-determined sites across Southeast Alaska, and often reach at least 100 m depth. Observations began in August of 2022 and have continued regularly to the present. Raw 8 Hz CTD are averaged into 1 dbar pressure bins. Primary data (pressure, temperature, salinity, and chlorophyll) data and metadata are saved in CSV format.
