资源简介:
Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Saintpaul str. SARA29. The St. Paul serovar is the 6th most common serovar infecting humans in the United States and has emerged in other countries such as Japan, yet there is little genetic data on this serovar, and none to explain its prevalence as a major cause of human illness. The selected strains are from separate lineages representing genovar groupings: strain SARA23 falls within the main clade for the serovar, and strain SARA29 is an outlier. Sequence was obtained from two libraries - a fosmid library (33-39 kb; 21,249 reads) and a small insert library (4-6 kb; 30,229 reads).
