Aedes togoi Genome sequencing and assembly

Genome assembly and annotation project for the Coastal rockpool mosquito, Aedes togoi, aiming to provide resources for further study into the salt-tolerance capabilities of this mosquito. Aedes togoi used in this study were taken from laboratory colony originally collected from wild populations located in Lighthouse Park in West Vancouver, BC, Canada.
