Leucine effect on miR-494-3p and miR-696 and mitochondrial biogenesis in C2C12 myotubes

- Western Blot images, semi-dry Samples: C2C12 myotubes treated with Control (H2O), Leu 1mM, Leu 3mM or Caff 3mM for 24h, applied in that order. - Raw data for statistics (Excel file). - Raw RT-qPCR data for the detection of miRNA expression levels and mitochondrial DNA copy numbers. Measurements were made by duplicates and relative expression were calculated using the ΔΔCt method.- 蛋白质印迹法（Western Blot）图像及半干转印样品：将C2C12肌管细胞按照上述顺序分别以对照组（双蒸水H₂O）、1mM亮氨酸（Leu）、3mM亮氨酸（Leu）、3mM咖啡因（Caff）处理24小时。 - 用于统计分析的原始数据（Excel格式文件）。 - 用于检测miRNA表达水平与线粒体DNA拷贝数的逆转录实时定量聚合酶链式反应（RT-qPCR）原始数据。所有检测均设置平行重复样本，相对表达量采用ΔΔCt法进行计算。
