Data and code for: Mixing-depth constraints organize shear-modified vertical decoupling in urban boundary layers

This record contains the sanitized derived data and code release supporting an Urban Climate manuscript on mixing-depth-constrained, shear-modified vertical decoupling in urban boundary layers. It includes figure-ready source tables, derived Paris Doppler wind lidar validation tables, city-domain manifests, portable figure-building scripts, manifests and checksums. Complete upstream ERA5 archives and complete raw Doppler wind lidar archives are not redistributed; upstream public datasets retain their original licenses and citation requirements.
