Bromodomain targeting overcomes treatment resistance in distinct molecular subtypes of melanoma

NSG mice bearing tumors from the MM-300 PDX line were treated with vehicle or the combination of bromosporine + cobimetinib (bromo+cobi) NSG mice bearing tumors from the MM-300 PDX line were treated with vehicle or the combination of bromosporine + cobimetinib (bromo+cobi). RNA was extracted from subcutaneous tumors to perform next generation sequencing to identify differentially expressed genes between the vehicle and drug treatment groups. RNA Seq was performed from tumors of 3 mice each for vehicle vs. treatment group.
