秦岭-大巴山地区是唯一连接中国东部与西部的大尺度生态廊道,是我国大陆最重要的“地理-生态”过渡带。该数据集是基于2000-2019年MOD13Q1 C6数据(250m,16d),通过波段提取、投影转换、镶嵌裁剪等预处理,利用最大值合成法、均值法生成逐年生长季NDVI数据,在此基础上采用Theil-Sen趋势估算与Mann-Kendall显著性检验计算得到的秦岭-大巴山地区过去20年植被NDVI时间序列在生长季尺度上的变化趋势数据。
The Qinling-Daba Mountains area is the only large-scale ecological corridor connecting eastern and western China, and serves as the most important "geo-ecological" transition zone on mainland China. This dataset is generated from MOD13Q1 C6 products (250 m spatial resolution, 16-day temporal resolution) covering the period from 2000 to 2019. After preprocessing procedures including band extraction, projection transformation, mosaicking and clipping, annual growing-season NDVI datasets were produced using the Maximum Value Composite (MVC) method and mean value method. On this basis, the change trend data of the 20-year vegetation NDVI time series in the Qinling-Daba Mountains area at the growing-season scale were calculated via Theil-Sen trend estimation and Mann-Kendall significance test.
