“泡桐丛枝病发生机理及防治研究”课题组连续15年集中开展了泡桐丛枝病发生机理和防治技术研究,揭示了泡桐丛枝病发生的分子机理 首次系统建立了不同种泡桐病、健株体外植株再生体系,解决了过去研究材料受季节性限制的难题 首次将表观遗传学理论引入到泡桐丛枝病研究中,并将寄主作为研究工作的切入点,开创了泡桐丛枝病研究工作的新思路 创建了一套泡桐丛枝病防治技术体系,研究了丛枝病植原体在泡桐树体内周年变化规律,发明了丛枝病防治药物,找到了防治最佳时期,应用效果显著。

The research group focused on the study of pathogenesis and control of paulownia witches' broom disease has conducted concentrated research on the pathogenesis and control technologies of this disease for 15 consecutive years. It has revealed the molecular mechanism underlying the occurrence of paulownia witches' broom disease. For the first time, it systematically established in vitro plant regeneration systems for diseased and healthy paulownia plants of different species, solving the long-standing problem that research materials were restricted by seasonal changes. For the first time, it introduced epigenetics theory into the research on paulownia witches' broom disease, took the host plant as the research starting point, and opened up new research avenues for this field. It has established a complete technical system for the control of paulownia witches' broom disease, studied the annual variation pattern of the causal phytoplasma in paulownia trees, invented control agents for the disease, identified the optimal control period, and achieved remarkable application effects.
