ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP USABILITY APLIKASI MYPERTAMINA MENGGUNAKAN PARTIAL LEAST SQUARES

This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the usability of the MyPertamina<br>application using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Usability<br>is a crucial aspect in application development because it directly affects the user experience. This study uses<br>six usability variables: learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, satisfaction, and usability itself. Data<br>was collected from 80 respondents through a Likert-based questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 4<br>software. The results of the analysis show that learnability, errors, and satisfaction have a significant effect<br>on usability, while efficiency and memorability do not show a significant effect. The research instrument<br>has been tested for validity and reliability, and declared suitable for analysis.<br>this research lies in the application of PLS-SEM in evaluating the usability of digital public service<br>applications. these results can be used by application developers to improve aspects of ease of use and<br>system stability. Future research is recommended to expand the number of respondents, examine additional<br>variables such as trust and perceived value, and consider qualitative methods to explore user experience in<br>more depth
