mRNA sequencing from fab2 mutant. Solanum lycopersicum CV. M82 at the middle vegetative meristem stage (biological replicate 1) of meristem maturation. 5 terminal leaflets were collected for 1 replicate before total RNA was isolated with RNeasy Plant Mini Kit (QIAGEN). The libraries were prepared with the Kapa mRNA Hyper prep kit (Roche). The quality of each library was validated with a 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies). Paired-end 75-base sequencing was conducted on the Illumina sequencing platform (NextSeq, High-Output).
