To further decipher the mechanism by which long-term and environment dose exposure to BDE209 promotes thyroid cancer, we performed RNA-seq analysis in Nthy-ori 3-1 cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Nthy-ori 3-1 cells between the BDE209 group (treated with 2.5 µM BDE209 for 27 days) and the control group (treated with the same volume of DMSO for 27 days).
