Whole-genome sequencing of GIAB reference sample HG002 (NA24385) on Illumina NovaSeq X 25B, NovaSeq X 10B, and Ultima Genomics UG 100 platforms. Multiple independent replicates were generated per platform at approximately 35x raw coverage and benchmarked against the GIAB NIST v4.2.1 truth set to evaluate platform-specific variant-calling accuracy, error profiles, and reproducibility.
