Chlorophyll a, phaeopigments, and primary production in surface water during Professor Vodyanitskiy cruise PV38@en

Chlorophyll a and phaeopigments where measured fluorometrically by use of laboratory fluorometer constracted on the base of spectrophotometer Specol, fitted with a red sensitive photomultiplier, blue lamp, blue filter and red filter. Accuracy: lower limit = 0.01 mg/m**3 and the error of Chl and Phaeo determination is 10-15% (calculated from 10-15 repeatings).本数据集采用荧光光度法对叶绿素a（Chlorophyll a）与褐色素（phaeopigments）进行测定，所用实验室荧光光度计（laboratory fluorometer）以Specol型分光光度计为基础搭建，配备红光敏感型光电倍增管（red sensitive photomultiplier）、蓝光源（blue lamp）、蓝色滤光片（blue filter）及红色滤光片（red filter）。该测定方法的定量下限为0.01 mg/m³，叶绿素a与褐色素的测定误差为10%~15%，该误差值通过10至15次重复测定计算得出。
