Norm growth is a byproduct, not the cause, of Muon-accelerated grokking

Code and result logs for a causal norm-cap test of Muon-accelerated grokking on tiny transformers. Code is MIT; result logs CC-BY-4.0. Figure/manuscript sources not included; large standard datasets not bundled. v1.2 adds the norm-match two-sided sphere control code and logs (run_normmatch.py, analyze_normmatch.py, results/normmatch) reported in the submitted manuscript. v1.3 adds the capscale modulus-ladder + capwd width-by-depth norm-cap grids (112 logs) and the plain-Adam no-decay taxonomy arm (30 logs) reported in the submitted manuscript.
