Andhra-JBug18 Hybrids--raw Sanger sequencing reads

Raw Sanger sequencing reads for a set of 18 bacteriophage hybrids harboring genome sequences derived from S. epidermidis phages Andhra and JBug18 (GenBank accession numbers KY442063 and MH972263, respectively). Hybrids 1-8 were generated by co-culturing both phages through the same host. Sequencing reads for hybrids 1-8 cover open reading frames across their whole genomes. Hybrids 9-18 were generated by passaging JBug18 through a host bearing a plasmid with Andhra-derived sequences (including gp03 and gp04). Sequencing reads for hybrids 9-18 cover gp03 and gp04 only.
