Tumor derived MDA-MB-436 pLKO versus MDA-MB-436 shTONSL cells-enriched gene expression

To study TONSL regulated genes in neoplastically transformed cells, we established tumor derived MDA-MB-436 cell lines in which TONSL is been knocked down by shRNA. To study transcriptomic changes upon TONSL knockdown in TONSL-amplified cell lines, RNA from TMD436 shControl (PLKO), TMD436 shTONSL Clone 1, TMD436 shTONSL Clone 2 and TMD436 shTONSL Clone 3 in triplicates was subjected to RNA-seq. Three different shRNA targeting vectors were used from Sigma-Aldrich: TMD436 shTONSL Clone 1 (TRCN0000016858), TMD436 shTONSL Clone 2 (TRCN0000016861) and TMD436 shTONSL Clone 3 (TRCN0000016862).
