Prenolepis imparis Transcriptome or Gene expression

In this study, we conducted an RNA-seq analysis to identify stress-induced genes in a thermally sensitive ant, the winter ant (Prenolepis imparis). We placed ants under low, high, and moderate temperature stress. From each of our conditions, we sequenced the transcriptome of three individuals. These annotations provide a valuable resource in understanding pathways and proteins necessary for survival at unfavorable temperatures.
