Effects of perioperative probiotics treatment on fecal microflora, gut barrier function and complications in colorectal cancer surgery: a prospective randomized clinical trial

Interventions: A:to receive oral synbiotics that consisted of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus preoperatively for 5 days and postoperatively for 7 days ;B:to reciive oral placebo preoperatively for 5 days and postoperatively for 7 days Primary outcome(s): Microflora and bacterial DNA fingerprint in feces;Tight junction protein Study Design: Randomized parallel controlled trial
