Replication Data for “On the Uniqueness and Causal Relationship of Precursor Activity to Solar Energetic Events: I. Transient Brightenings – Introduction and Overview”: Magnetic Skeleton Data

These data comprise the elements of the magnetic skeleton, including information on null points in a Potential Field Source Surface (PFSS) model, their separatrix surfaces and separators, as well as the boundary condition used to generate the PFSS model, and bald patches in the observed field. See README_skeleton for details on the contents of the various types of files. One tarball is provided for each epoch analyzed in Dissauer et al. (2025).
