Blood samples of 8 normal children and 8 children with MPP were collected for full transcriptional sequencing. Differentially expressed circRNA (DE-circRNA), differentially expressed lncRNA (DE-lncRNA), differentially expressed miRNA (DE-miRNA) and differentially expressed mRNA (DE-mRNA) were obtained by difference analysis between MPP and normal samples respectively.
