Data and Scripts for "Drivers and impacts of sediment deposition in Amazonian floodplains"

This repository provides the baseline simulation data and processing scripts for for the manuscript entitled "Drivers and impacts of sediment deposition in Amazonian floodplains". 

Due to size constraints, only the baseline simulation output is provided here. Additional simulation data are available upon reasonable request.

Please note that the processing scripts depend on the Telemac Python library, which requires the installation of the Telemac-Mascaret software. Users should set up their own Python environment and specify the file paths to run the code. All data can be derived directly from the simulation output and are available upon reasonable request.
