3D reconstructions of human cortical pyramidal cells

We have produced 155 3D reconstructions of pyramidal cells in the different regions of the human cortex (visual, motor, temporal and prefrontal cortex; CA1 distal (transition to subiculum) and subiculum of the hippocampal formation), using Neurolucida software from 3D confocal stack of images. Data from 3D reconstructions of pyramidal cells in human neocortex will be useful to modeling and integration of anatomical data with functional studies in different brain regions.
