云上贵州数据共享交换平台是盘活政府数据资源，实现数据“三融五跨”的重要数据基础设施，通过构建“逻辑集中、物理分散”的原则，实现国、省、市、县多层级政府数据资源的互联互通，其包含组织用户中心、资源中心、调度中心、交换中心等四大核心支撑中心，数据共享、数据开放等两大门户，实现全省各级部门数据共享开放的服务要求。The Guizhou Cloud Data Sharing and Exchange Platform is a critical data infrastructure for activating and utilizing government data resources and realizing the "Three Integrations and Five Crosses" data development goals. Following the principle of "logically centralized, physically distributed", it enables interconnection and interoperability of government data resources at the national, provincial, municipal and county levels. The platform includes four core support centers: the Organization User Center, Resource Center, Scheduling Center and Exchange Center, as well as two major portals for data sharing and data opening, and meets the service requirements for data sharing and opening among departments at all levels in Guizhou Province.
