收藏资源简介:
Data and code for the paper "Towards a global understanding of tree mortality" currently under review with New Phtologist. The repository contains two files: (1) itmn_survey_cleaned.csv A cleaned version of the survey results. Cleaning included (i) correction of country names, (ii) removal of non-integer values (e.g. <5 instead of 5), (iii) removal of duplicated entires (i.e. one plot network entered by two people), and (iv) renaming of column names. The final dataset includes following columns: timestamp = entry date of the plot networkfirstname, surname = name of person entering the plot networkcountry = country code of the plot networkcountry_name = country name of the plot networkyear_start = start year of the plot networkplot_n = number of plotsplot_size_min = minimum plot size (ha)plot_size_max = maximum plot size (ha)interval = remeasurement interval (years)tracked = if and how trees are tracked across remeasurements treestatus = if and how often tree status is assesseddiameter = if and how often tree diameter is assesseddefoliation = if and how often tree defolition is assessedmortalitycause = if and how often cause of mortality is assessedharvest = if and how often harvest is assessed (2) survey_stats_figures.R R-scrpt to reproduce all statistics and figures included in the paper.
