The last several years have shown that the landscape of tidal disruption event(TDE) accretion is unexpectedly rich and diverse. The discovery ofquasi-periodic eruptions in TDEs and the ubiquitous late-time TDE radio emissionare new phenomena of nuclear transients sparking numerous theoreticalinquiries. This frontier of black hole accretion recently witnessed AT2022lri aTDE with hour-timescale large-amplitude soft X-ray variability atop a power-lawdecay as unveiled through extensive NICER Swift and XMM-Newton observations.We propose two epochs of XMM-Newton and VLA observations of AT2022lri at 2-3 yrsince disruption. This program aims to decipher the origin of its rapid X-rayvariability and track the long-term inflow-outflow evolution of this accreting system. [truncated! Please see actual data for full text]
